It all started when I was too broke to buy everyone gifts for the holidays. So, I decided to hop on the "DIY" train. But, I wanted to make something practical. I didn't want to give the gift of clutter. It was decided- I'd make lip balm. Everyone loves lip balm, especially in the winter. Bonus, it was super simple to make, too. 

A couple of years went by, and I continued to make my homemade lip balms as gifts. It was so fun to experiment with different formulas and fragrances. Everyone loved them!

Then, I had my first child and became a stay at home mom. Longing for a creative outlet and community connection, my husband suggested I branch out and get into the balm business. So, I did. I began making beard balms and hand salves. A hit! I fell in love with just how versatile beeswax can be, and dove into making candles as well. So, here we are- Little Batch Balms!

My journey on the business side of balms and beeswax is has just begun. But, I pledge to keep my focus on quality. I only use natural, non toxic ingredients, and everything is made by hand in small batches. I strive to make sustainable choices and utilize readily available resources within my own community when possible.
